ADAPTATION TODAY is an international electronic discussion group (or “listserv”) devoted to adaptation studies. Available to anyone with access to the Internet through a university computer system or commercial service gateway, in the shape of a free electronic forum for the exchange of research ideas and queries, notices of recent books and articles, and conference listings, and for lively discussion of any issues, large or small, that bear on the study of adaptation ADAPTATION TODAY equally welcomes the contributions of students of film, literature, media studies, interdisciplinary studies, and beyond.
Posting to the listserv
Once you’ve joined the listserv, posting is a breeze. Here are two easy ways to share your ideas, questions, and CFPs:
- Log in to Gaggle Mail by clicking here and then choose “Adaptation Today” from your groups. Click “Compose” to send a message to the listserv.
- Email your message to our editor at kristenfiggins@gmail.com. Your message will be posted to the listserv along with your contact info.
If you would like to send messages to the listserv directly from your email client: You will need to sign up for a “Pro” plan with Gaggle Mail, which requires a subscription and fee. Then, using the email you used to sign up for Gaggle Mail, create a new message to adaptation-today@gaggle.email.
